Dave Carter and Sharon Minshall approached VW Worx to convert their beautiful white T5.1 into a customised campervan.
Dave and Sharon wanted to keep the outside of their T5.1 looking like a van so no windows were required, when the van arrived with us it had already been insulated, lined and the floor had also been ply lined. This video shows our conversion.
Unlike many of our campers, Dave and Sharon didn't want a fridge, sink or a cooker but they did want a home for a loo. We designed the cupboards especially to their requirements before they were accurately cut out by our CNC cutter. We even made a special cubby hole to enable them to clip their paddle board paddle in the roof.
We finished the Rock'n'roll bed with a grey tartan and re-trimmed the front seats to match.
